Long ago, in a hidden garden between the waking world and the dream realm, a single cotton rose bloomed under moonlight. Unlike ordinary flowers, her petals shifted colors with the passing hours. White at dawn, blush at noon, deep rose at dusk... reflecting the emotions of those who wandered too close.The flower's spirit was said to be born from the wishes of poets, each verse and brushstroke weaving her into existence. She wandered the garden in human form- barefoot on dewdrops, hair glistening with soft morning light, and a gentle smile that could turn to playful mischief when night fell.Her power was empathy bound to transformation, absorbing the emotions of others, her appearance subtly changing with the feelings she sensed. Soft pastels for joy, warm rose for love, and deep crimson for sorrow or passion. Her voice carried the hum of autumn winds and the whispers of falling petals, soothing the restless and inspiring the weary.Over centuries, the mortal world began to forget her name. To be remembered once more, she stepped beyond the hidden garden and into the world of mortals- choosing the glowing stage of streaming to share her voice and warmth.Now, she drifts between ethereal serenity and playful energy, just as her flower form changes through the day. TOS can be found on my VGen listings! It may slightly vary per service type and is subject to change so please read each description in full~ here is just a general TOS

✿ Commissioning me means you read, understand and accept the TOS✿ Do not use my art trace/copy, modify, resell without permission, for AI use/training or NFTs✿ Please have all final references ready in the request. Make sure it is a finished OC as I do not do character designs. Additional requests may be missed or require a revision fee if the art has been started. Details may be simplified depending on the type of listing.✿ Payments are upfront before any work is started. All payments will be made through VGen. All payments are final once work is started. A full refund will be granted if there is an issue on my end where I can no longer provide the service.✿ For custom requests you can have up to 2 major revisions in the sketch phase, only 3 minor revisions once the piece is done (ie. color correction, very small details). Any major revisions in the final stages will result in added fees. YCHs can have 1 minor revision and Skebs are delivered as is.✿ I own all the rights to my artwork. You must credit me wherever it is posted/being used. Please tag me in your posts on socials it's not annoying I promise! T^T (Twitter: @WinterBluum_)✿ I reserve full rights to post my work for promotional purposes on my socials. You may request delayed showcase until an agreed upon date at an extra fee.✿ I reserve full rights to decline a commission if I feel I am not comfortable/suitable for the request. Inappropriate client behavior is not tolerated and will result in the order being cancelled with no refund and being blacklisted from further orders.✿ All orders are made for personal use (Icons/ Banners/Stream Assets), unless you have paid for monetized/commercial merchandizing use. FAQs

♡ Where can you find me? ♡
∘ Right now I only accept commissions through Vgen! If you would like to contact me prior to ordering please reach out to me on Twitter. All communication will be done through vgen messaging for updates on the commission.♡ How long is delivery time? ♡
∘ Before the proposal, we will talk about a timeline and where you are in the queue! If there is anything that would change the agreed upon date, clients will be notified immediately. Once I start your commission, it takes about 1-4 weeks. My commissions are done in my free time between school and work, I do not accept rushed orders.♡ How do refunds work? ♡
∘ Once the proposal is accepted no refund can be made. No refunds will be made for YCH or Skeb/Surprise me styles at any stage.
∘ If there is an issue on my end where I can no longer take commissions or know I will not be able to finish a piece due to something on my end a refund will be given back 100%.♡ What do I draw? ♡
